Everything from support groups to athletic supporters have one main objective: To sustain and maintain.

If you are training for marathons, experts suggest that you build a support group of runners that you can train with, talk to about running issues, and just generally stay motivated with.

If you have found the best weight loss diet to lose weight fast and are losing several pounds a week, it is important to share your achievement with friends and family so that they can support you and help you stay on track. They may support you by cooking differently (healthier) or just by giving you encouraging words.

But this isn’t the only type of support. If you have purchased software and can’t get it to install so you are about ready to take a hammer to your monitor, that’s when you call the customer support number on the back on the box.

We all need support at one time or another in our lives. Whether going through a divorce or just needing a little extra support in the arches of our shoes, support is an indispensable part of life.
