I am tackling a few things right now! ~ My desk, the pile is stuff, but it is in file folders! 1. Coupons 2. Resumes 3. To be filed 4. Mail The rest is mostly cleared off! WooohooO! ~ The house 1. We inherited my parents hot tub, so this week has been all about cleaning it, setting it up, filling it, only to find it needs a part we have to have shipped....

So, this week’s portion of our giant room switcharound tackle is to talk about converting Abby and Hannah’s former room into our new home office. Hello my dears! I hope you are all doing well on this wonderful Tuesday. Remember a couple weeks ago I shared the tackle where I put my daughter’s crib up in my scrap room / office… well this is kinda the other half of that tackle… I still had her bassinet in our bedroom even though I “moved” her many days ago.

Today was one of those days. One that threatens to beat you down, and leave nothing but a slimy pulp behind. A day that laughs in your face and goes, "HA HA! You thought you had CONTROL! You were WRONG!" It seems, at work anyway, that summer is over and everyone and their Grandmothers suddenly realized that they aren't prepared for their fall events.

Lately I've had a bunch of little bloggie to-dos, so I'm lumping them all together in one post. Stay with me here... First: A giveaway!!! Yes, lately I've been the giveaway queen. But August marks my six month anniversary of blogging. (Can I consider myself *not* a newbie now?) And in the next week or so, I'll publish my 200th post.

Tackling My Car August 12, 2008 Before I had Hailey my car was spotless.  Occasionally there was a bit of dog hair from Dottie, but for the most part my car was very clean.  There were never any stray papers, water bottles or food in my car.  Even my trunk was spotless except for the snow related supplies that were necessary for the winter.

I woke up this morning trying to decide what I was going to accomplish today. My first thought of course went to my sewing room. I do have one tote bag that I need to make, but I really haven’t felt very motivated to sew the past few weeks. I will get there, just maybe not today.
