Being a part of a team whether it be at work, on an athletic level, or in a relationship is an important aspect of living.

Isolation and loneliness are feelings that can lead to depression and have other adverse effects on a person. People crave belonging and feeling included. Partner that feeling with the positive results that come from teamwork and competition and the result is purely positive.

On a business level, being on a MLM team, like Team National, is beneficial to each member involved. Those who are at the top tier and bottom tier of each mlm project earn something whether it be from a referral or from a sale.

This rings true in sports as well. A coach benefits from his players just like the players benefit from their coach. Sports and marketing have a lot in common whether you are scoring points or creating a powerful sales consulting model.

Any way you look at it, teamwork is the same as being in a relationship that gives humans the opportunity to contribute to as well as to be the recipient of something beneficial and good. Being a part of a team is a personal obligation and helps instill a feeling of acceptance and belonging in a person.
