Tech News is, as the name suggests, news about tech, short for technology. Technology often refers to, but is not limited to, computers, the internet and an entire array of electronic devices, gadgets and gizmos. Technology is a very popular subject throughout the blogsphere, because early adopters of blogging tended to be like early adopters of everything else - tech-minded folk who blogged about what they knew best. Tech News is any breaking story involving tech, such as new product announcements and reviews, interest-worthy debate on emerging technologies, research, and processes, as well as general news and opinion that relates to technology.

Tech News can be found on slashdot.org, gizmodo.com, techcrunch.com, engadget.com, and boingboing.net, to name just a few of many.

It can also be found on the "Technology" sections of traditional news sites and blogs, like Blogcritics, news.yahoo.com, news.cnet.com, and news.zdnet.com.
