The term technical often refers to having a special and practical knowledge in the field of science but it could be in other arts or something mechanical. People even use the term technical as another word for complicated. A technical project is one that requires a high degree of knowledge in the particular subject of the project.
Technical writing on the internet usually refers to science and its application. More often in the blogosphere, technical refers to science, computer, or internet technologies. Bloggers who write about computers and software, tech support, website building, etc. all may have technical aspects. Writing about a technical problem is commonplace. Technical is not limited solely to science and computers.
Articles are also written by bloggers on new gizmos, cool products, and technologies that may have technical aspects.
