ahhh i feel good. today it rained really hard only as i was walking to class. it felt nice since it wasn’t windy. i also liked the novelty of arriving to a seminar and being the only one wet. there’s a cute guy in my class that says intelligent things; sometimes we have mock battles over the reading, so maybe i am attracted to him.

Candy Blog has an interesting piece on the use of chocolate as a cough suppressant.  Apparently, theobromine, the chemical in chocolate that is poisonous to dogs, suppresses coughs in humans.  Not sure how effective it is, but it sounds like a good excuse for eating chocolate when you have a cold!
