I?m filled with disbelief when asked why people do bodybuilding it?s as incredulous as asking why get an education. The answer to both is to improve oneself. Today’s going to be a good day. At least according to Fox News: U.S. stock futures plummeted Friday, pointing toward a very scary open for stocks, after Asian and European markets broadly sold off overnight. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were down 550 points, or 6.27%, to 8224 as of 7:15 a.m.

If you’re reading this article it’s likely that you workout with weights. It seems that people that don’t workout think that anyone that has knowledge of nutrition or lifts weights must be a bodybuilder. Personally I compete in powerlifting.

New feature time. I have been getting a good number of emails every week asking for start/sit advice. I have no problem with giving out some advice, and I hope that it helps of course. So I decided to make a story out of it in the hopes that others will come forward and email some start/sit questions every week.

Things like nationalizing the finance industry of the United States, which is, effectively speaking, the consequence of Federal Reserve and Treasury actions of the last two days.
