Almost two billion dollars a year is spent on tooth whitening in the US alone.

Tooth whitening is the cosmetic procedure that involves the whitening of yellow or stained teeth using one of a variety of methods.

Tooth whitening is a service provided by a dental offices, often as a free incentive to become their patient, where they essentially bleach the patients' teeth to whiten them.

One can also pick up a tooth bleaching kit at a local pharmacy.

There are even toothpastes, often with baking soda added, that will eventually whiten teeth over time.

Those with yellow stained teeth are often the best candidates for teeth whitening, while those with eroded teeth may be considered the worst candidates.
