As you can see in other post I took my wife with me. I know that I’m not supposed talk about weight in woman presence but one thing I learned is that Cherokees are very, very weight and balance sensitive. Plus those additional 150 lbs (wife and photo gear) made this bird really heavy.

The Steve Albini fronted Shellac have tour dates now booked. It’s a rare occassion that the band tours and when I first noticed the dates I thought “great I can finally see them live!” but as usual most of the dates are out of the US or not close enough.

Looks like chalkboard session worked very well. I decided to start today’s lesson like I wasn’t flying at all yet. Well at least like I wasn’t landing at all yet. I tried to forget exactly everything I learned so far from turn to base on.

A new toll gantry system will undergo testing at the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong’s Sungai Penchala Toll Plaza from November 2008 onwards. Highway Authority director-general Datuk Mohamad Razali Othman says the new toll gantry system is more efficient compared to the existing infrared-based SmartTag system as there are no boom gates that force motorists to slow down.

New York and Texas based The New Year have posted a teaser clip of their new self-titled album iin conjunction with their label, Touch And Go. The album is due out September 9.
