Dracula, a Chronology 1428 - Vlad Tepes, the son of Vlad Dracul, is born. 1463 - Vlad Tepes becomes Prince of Wallachia and moves to Tirgoviste. 1442 - Vlad Tepes is imprisoned with his father by the Turks. 1443 - Vlad Tepes becomes a hostage by the Turks. 1447 - Vlad Dracul is beheaded.

Dracula's Castle Everyone in the modern World knows about the famous Count Dracula. Here is a picture of the infamous Bran Castle which is considered in folklore to have been his castle.
