Minneapolis Tops For Mortgage Fraud
http://schadenfreudenow.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ minneapolis-tops-for-mortgage-fr…The FBI released a report that highlights the top 10 zip codes for mortgage fraud across the country. Minneapolis above average in mortgage fraud. That's a bit of hyperbole because Minneapolis is actually #1 on the list, beating out St. Paul in the #5 spot. What a Treat, Cupcake
http://thewriteingredients.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 14/ what-a-treat-cupcake/My morning commute yesterday took me to Southeast Minneapolis, a neighborhood I rarely get to. But I’ve been dying to try a new-ish place on East University Avenue so I left a few minutes early and made a quick stop at Cupcake.

Sesquicentennial-tastic
http://www.kevindhendricks.com/ 2008/ 05/ 14/ sesquicentennial-tastic/On Sunday the frozen state of Minnesota turned 150. It’s our sesquicentennial! Some have argued that nobody really cares about 150 years of statehood.

http://camachowatcho.com/ 2008/ 05/ 13/ tacos-two-ways-and-mango-salsa/Tacos are a staple in my household. I love the versatility of them and the ease of how just a few ingredients can come together quickly to make a fresh, delicious meal. This past Saturday Kyle and I ventured out to the Midtown Global Market in search of the thinly sliced steak we have eaten there several times at our favorite taco stand.

New Dayna Jones Music!
http://sharpmusic.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 13/ new-dayna-jones-music/This week I got to mix a new song that I wrote with Dayna Jones. It is called, “Keep the Change.” Dayna and I wrote the song a few weeks ago when she was here in the Twin Cities recording. She plays guitar on the song and I played all the other instruments. It is a nice little song.

Bicycling in the Twin Cities: the good, the bad and the sorta lame
http://qtodo.com/ 18/ bicycling-in-the-twin-cities-the-good-the-bad-and-the-sort…Photo by benjaminlansky It’s Twin Cities Bike Walk Week! I’m a recreational biker and bike commuter myself (well, when the weather suits me), and with everyone bitching about gas prices it’s nice to have a celebration of a great transportation alternative.
