Figure 1. Unagi dinner set Last night after work, I picked up Yien from home for an early dinner at Umai. As I waited in front of her home, she walked out in a gorgeous striped dress with pair of earrings I’ve never noticed before. Can I tell you she just amazes me everytime I see her hence the silly grin on my face, which she always questions me about.

I always thought that buffet means we pay a sum of money and get to eat unlimited food by choosing from the myriad of yummy-licious food displayed on the never-ending sideboard or table. But…this particular restaurant that I went with my bunch of old buddies a few weeks ago were…rather different.
