unemployment
Unemployment is a scary prospect for most of us, and a daily reality for many. On this page, you'll find a wide variety of posts: individuals discussing their job searches, employment-related news, tips for freelancers, recruiting blogs, discussions of labor and employment law, and even profiles of great lesser-known job opportunities. You might find a few spam link sites, too.
Since the early 2000s, job hunting and recruitment have largely taken place online, through sites such as Craigslist and Monster. These sites became so successful that many recruiters and job seekers stopped perusing newspaper classifieds altogether — prompting newspapers and other paper-based publications to post their ads online. These days, there's a vast amount of information online to help your quest for gainful and fulfilling employment. So go on, surf your way to a new job.
