Victoria's Secret is a U.S. based company that sells women's wear, lingerie and beauty products.

Victoria's Secret holds an annual fashion show called the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. They also put out catalogs featuring feature top fashion models.

A man named Roy Raymond, who felt embarrassed buying lingerie for his wife, started the Victoria's Secret company in 1977. He started the mail order catalog shortly after opening the first store.

The stores were designed to make men feel comfortable perusing for women's wear for their wives or girlfriends. The mail order was created for those that still did not feel comfortable and also to tap into a larger segment of the market.

The Victoria's secret credit card eventually became available to offer rewards to customers to encourage more visits to the stores.
