http://accnation.com/ 2008/ 05/ 18/ acc-nation-baseball-power-poll-may-18/The regular season is complete and the ACC Tournament begins Wednesday in Jacksonville. This is unofficial, since the ACC won’t release the seedings until Sunday afternoon, but it appears this is the way things will shape up: Division A will consist of No. 1 Miami, No. 4 NC State, No. 5 Georgia Tech and No.

Juicy Campus
http://vitalpixel.com/ juicy-campus/Apparently another guy was arrested over making an obviously fake threat on the internet today. The threat was Made on JuicyCampus, which is a site where kids/teens can gossip about their schools I guess. Something I would never use, but I guess it’s pretty popular (It is now!

http://annegilesclelland.typepad.com/ insidevtkw/ 2008/ 05/ everybodyneeds.htmlDo all entrepreneurs need business blogs? Should the CEOs of the 30+ companies at VT KnowledgeWorks start blogs? "Several years ago, the mantra was 'Every business needs a website.' Today it's 'Every business needs a website with a blog.'" That's a quote from a May 2008 article in Entrepreneur by John Jantsch.

Bye-bye Boise (hello D.C.?)
http://accnation.com/ 2008/ 05/ 15/ bye-bye-boise-hello-dc/Column by Patrick Hite patrick@accnation.com Most of the news coming out of the ACC’s spring meetings was expected — no 18-game schedule in basketball or 9-game schedule in football– but I thought the best news this week was that, after 2008, the ACC won’t be affiliated with the Humanitarian Bowl in Boise, Idaho.

Cat Wiki
http://annegilesclelland.typepad.com/ insidevtkw/ 2008/ 05/ catwiki.htmlI adopted a cat in Tampa, Florida on November 2, 2004. Estimated to be five years old, she was left at the Humane Society as a stray after one of the hurricanes. I had never had a cat. I was lonely and soul-weary and friends urged me to get a cat. So I read books and articles and Web sites about cats.
