More than $125 billion is spent every year in the US on weddings according to CNN/Money.com. The average cost of the wedding is more than $30,000 with $2,500 on average spent on the wedding photographer.

Since this is one of the most important days in a couple’s life, it is essential to capture those moments with a professional wedding photographer.

As with all wedding planning, it is important to review past work, portfolios and references with your potential wedding photographer, as there is a huge variation in the ability to deliver the type of pictures you want. Prepare by having a set budget, set style and some example photos.
