Fat Blockers- Similar to carb blockers these claim to work by reducing the amount of fat which is stored in the body. Chitosan is one of the most popular fat blocker supplements.

Weight loss supplements can vary massively in terms of quality and effectiveness, so consumers should always do their research before purchasing any. They can however be a useful tool a part of a healthy weight loss programme.
