Arsenal 1-0 WBA
http://arsenal.theoffside.com/ team-news/ arsenal-1-0-wba.htmlOk, so that wasn’t all that pretty. I’ll also admit I didn’t get the chance to watch the opening match this past Saturday, but a 1-0 result is nothing to boast about. A Friend’s Birthday Bash @ Sanctuary, The Curve
http://danielfranklingomez.com/ blog/ 2008/ 08/ 19/ a-friends-birthday-bash-sanc…Watching Arsenal beat WBA wasn’t as gratifying as I anticipated it to be. It was awful to see Arsenal play without hardly threatening the opposition’s goalkeeper.

Premier League 2008/9 Picks - Week 1
http://www.theoffside.com/ leagues/ england/ english-premiership/ premier-league…It’s a bit of a Premier League predict-o-rama on The Offside today. I’ve already taken a shot at what the final 2008/9 Premiership table will look like (or more likely won’t) and Chris has weighed up the likely winners and losers in the sack race (if the sack race actually has winners.) But now it’s
