I’ve had a wretched headache since sometime last night. But I hadn’t gotten on the wii fit and exercised since Thursday, so I didn’t want to skip another day. I went and did a few carefully-chosen exercises from the balance, aerobics, and strength portions, and then did entirely yoga for about 20 minutes.

Say you're a new mom, a dad with a preschooler, a work-from-home person or just someone who has so darned much on her plate that getting to the gym to exercise isn't making it onto your to-do list. Or, like me, maybe you just find most exercise BORING.

Yoga and Videogames Yoga…and video games? Could you have imagined this happening 10 years ago? This is an industry full of bald space marines, portly plumbers, and well-endowed world-travelers. Now, instead of playing games just for fun, we are using them to better ourselves.

I don’t have it in my possession yet; I just bought it on ebay, for a very decent price, and am waiting for delivery. For those of  you who don’t know, I really wanted a Wii Fit. I bought the game system in January and enjoy playing the tennis game that came with it.

Yesterday we posted a photo up from I Can Has Cheez Burger with a cat begging its owner to play with it instead of Wii Fit, so it's rather funny - right on cue - that a video as appeared on YouTube today that sees a group of puppies doing all they can to interfere while their owner tries his best to perform some Wii Fit yoga.

I finally got to try the Wii Fit last weekend in between the cookies and cupcakes at the BlogHer08 conference. I played one of the balance games - Table Tilt - and did quite well, I must say. Consumer Reports (CR) has also been busy trying out the new fitness game.

I have been struggling to lose weight from my back to back pregnancies. I can't seem to find time to exercise or stick to eating the right way. After I had Julia I was able to go to the gym and I was on Weight Watchers which really worked well for me! I ate right and controlled my portions and the food journaling was perfect for me.

It's been just shy of two months since I've been logging my progress via Wii Fit, and somehow between my last entry a month ago and today, I've been playing a new game called "slacking off". Nevertheless, with the onset of E3 EXPO in California, North America's biggest gaming trade event, I thought I'd pick up the pace and try to get back on track.
