Wii Fit Plus, an upgrade to Wii Fit, allows players of the Nintendo Wii gaming system to enjoy video games while benefiting from light or moderate exercise and/or practicing their balance.

The Wii Balance Board was designed especially for use with Wii Fit. The Wii Balance Board reads players real-time movements and mimics them on the screen, much in the same way the Wii controller does.

Wii Fit Plus comes with all of the original Wii Fit activities but also ships with 15 new balance and aerobics games called Training Plus. It also comes with 6 new strength training and yoga activities.
