FAST & FURIOUS WILD WILD RICE serves 4 to 6 12 oz Wild Rice, dry 1 1/2 cup parsley leaves, chopped 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion 1 garlic clove, chopped 1/2 lemon’s juice 3 Tablespoons olive oil salt to taste Start by soaking wild rice in filtered water for at least 1 full day.

    my son’s special diet I am always asked what my son eats since he has severe and multiple food allergies.  Many dietary staples for a child with allergies are the same as for everyone: fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy and meat. Fresh produce and meat are easy to find.
