Wood classes up almost any gadget. Even simple USB drives. But when you give the Wii a woodgrain makeover, the result is simply awesome. It’s as if the the old Atari woodgrain consoles merged with the Wii. Much better then boring Wii white. For now it’s just a concept design by Joe D, which is a shame.

I spied this bookcase on one of my favorite design blogs, Design Sponge. What an easy way to liven up a tired looking bookcase. It looks so simple that maybe even I could do it. Just get some wood grained wrapping paper or contact paper and you've got yourself something that would normally cost a pretty penny.
