Whether working out at the gym, going for a jog or lounging on the couch, I absolutely live by So Low’s jersey foldover pant! Trying them on for the first time felt like Goldilocks tasting the perfect porridge…not too thick, not too thin, soft, cozy, flattering…just right! I’ve been wearing them for almost four years and have yet to find a worthy contender.

Once a while I hit the gym and do my workout. Do a bit of chest exercises, train my legs, arms and the rest of the body. And yes, every now and then I hit the treadmill and jog for an hour or so. When I decide to hit the treadmill, I always wear some extra clothes.

Again, second time this week, my pants are falling off me... I'm thinking I may have just lost some weight by chance LoL... and sitting here pondering it, I'm thinking maybe it's due to being back on birth control. I know lots of people gain weigh... Read and post comments | Send to a friend

Again, second time this week, my pants are falling off me... I'm thinking I may have just lost some weight by chance LoL... and sitting here pondering it, I'm thinking maybe it's due to being back on birth control. I know lots of people gain weight when they go on it, but I believe it's opposite for me.

On those days when you don’t want to get dressed to the nines – really, all you have to do is go to the supermarket and get a new alarm clock, maybe the gym…maybe – yoga pants are a great in-between but put-together option. Even Oprah’s resident stylist approved of them to de-shlumpify laid-back weekend wear.

I’m going to be doing a little “test” here at Dapper Diva, and it will be part of Burning the Scale, too.
