World of Warcraft (WoW) is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). World of Warcraft requires the player to pay for a subscription –- a Wow account –- either by buying game cards for a pre-selected amount of playing time, or by using a credit or debit card to pay on a regular basis. The process of purchasing WoW accounts has introduced some rather shady account sellers, so there are some things to be aware of if you are purchasing a new account:

1. Make sure you buy a WoW account or WoW character from an official server. Private servers aren't always honest.

2. You will have fewer problems if you make your WoW account or WoW character purchases from a reseller in the US.

3. Use the customer live chat to remedy any complaints. This is the fastest and most successful means of solving problems.
