Posted by sally on February 2nd, 2008 For me, one of the biggest motivating factors I have in exercising is knowing roughly how many calories I have burned. That’s not to say that I spend my day counting calories, infact, I rarely think about it but I get some comfort out of knowing that when I exercise, I’m burning away some of what I’ve consumed.
