Metacafe has launched the Metacafe Music Channel. The channel features established artists and up-and-coming acts in the genres of Pop, Rock, R&B, Hip Hop, Country and Latin. Metacafe has signed on to the affiliate program for Sony BMG’s MyPlay Video Network, which enables it to run a wide range of frontline Sony BMG music videos right on its own site.

Mainstream Internet video startup Hulu has posted a collection of videos that explain the site’s video sharing features. While you can’t share your personal videos on Hulu, the site at least makes it easy to embed videos in blog posts, share on social medi sites and email.

Believe it or not, Big Bird, Bert and Ernie are 39 years old this year, and now there's a Sesame Street not only in 140 countries but also on the Web. It'll soon launch its YouTube channel with 100 video clips from the TV show, Reuters reports.
