I have been organising Delhi Blogger Meets and events around Delhi Bloggers, since many years now. Recently we did something quite differently. On 7th June’08, we managed to present a Social Media & blog camp for Delhi Bloggers Bloc - an online community of Delhi Bloggers.

Kerala would soon witness a blog camp in the most unlikeliest of the places one could think of. Blog camp Kerala is going to be held on a house boat in Aleppey (Alappuzha)on the 16th of August 2008. Conceived and organized by Kerala based bloggers Kenney and Anand ,the event is sponsored by Kerala Tourism and a host of others.

Is that awesome or what !! Yes, Kerala’s first Unconference event - BlogCamp Kerala 2008 will be held on 16th August at Alleppey, Kerala. The event is hosted by Kerala Tourism, who has provided the event venue - a houseboat. Yes, the event has the distinction of being the first such event to be conducted on a houseboat.
