LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The Carroll County Sheriff’s Department is this year’s recipient of two automated external defibrillators (AEDs). The AEDs were awarded to the sheriff’s department from proceeds from the Duke Smyser Chili Blast Open, an annual golf outing that raises funds for placement of AEDs to area organizations.

I have been promising to post this for ages, and I finally got my act together today. Yay me. So, here's the story - I am madly in love with VeganYumYum's Sweet Chili Lime Tofu - I eat it in its original form (with greens and grains), I serve it over soba noodles, and most recently, as part of a yummy salad.

This is another one of those dinners that does not necessarily look that great in the photo and the recipe isn't really exact, but it's pretty dang tasty and in my case, used up some extra peppers we picked up at the last farmer's market.

This is boredom food. I wasn't even really hungry, having had a big lunch and a snack at the pub on the way home. But I looked in the fridge and noticed a yellow courgette (zucchini!) left over from the Courgette and Lemon Spaghetti, I did for T&T, and a bowl of spicy cod and prawn mousse left over from the trilogy of seafood I prepared for the Royal Foodie Joust last month*.

Usually, Kevin Lyman is the one interviewing the bands on the Warped Tour while sitting in his tour bus. Artists such as Katy Perry and Angels & Airwaves have been interviewed by Kevin while on the road this summer. Those interviews get videotaped and those videos get posted on the Warped Tour website for all to see.
