The Behr Dayton Thermal Plant is likely to face a class action lawsuit at the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, in Tuesday. The lawsuit has ben filed by all the residents of the living near the plant. To describe, the lawsuit charges the plant of causing damages.
