JMS, transactions and Hibernate's lazy initialization exceptions

It's a configuration I've used with a number of small projects and seems to work fine when everything is driven from the presentation tier. My latest project is also using JMS and one of my business objects receives messages from a queue and sometimes working with the persistence layer results in lazy initialization errors.

Employment Report Update

Prior months were revised lower (larger job losses) so the report is even weaker than it seems on the surface.

The study which surveyed 13,000 adults between 18 and 65 in 17 developed nations found that 58% did not know what social networking is (30% in the US).
