I'll be posting all about my many cupcake adventures in Minneapolis (I wound up trying cupcakes from 4 different cupcake bakers) soon, but want to get in a visit to the Mall of America before I go. For now, I wanted to share some pics from my visit to Cupcake Saturday at Letterbox Creative, where Sheela Namakkal of Miel y Leche brings a weekly assortment of cupcakes.

So I'm back in Minneapolis, and am excited to explore the city (the Fringe Festival is going on) and eat more cupcakes. Today from Miel y Leche these are the offerings: @ letterbox mint cookies and cream strawberry macaroon (v) lemon cream cheese (v) yellow cake with dark chocolate frosting I think I may have to do a cupcake double header to go try the mint cookies and cream!
