Google and Samsung: Galaxy Nexus Prime and Ice Cream Sandwich on October 19th

Google and Samsung have had a few headlines in the news lately after originally scheduling their Galaxy Nexus and Ice Cream Sandwich event. The event was cancelled by Google and Samsung after Steve Jobs death was made known, out of respect.

We have heard multiple rumors on when the Galaxy Nexus Prime and ICS event would be rescheduled for, but nothing has been made official until now. On October 19th 2011, Google and Samsung will bring Android 'Ice Cream Sandwich' to the All Things Digital: AsiaD event in Hong Kong. The event will be streamed for all who wish to watch at 10:00pm EST on October 18th (due to the time difference from HKT) by going to youtube.com/android.
