According to an internal  document leaked to Android Central, the Motorola Atrix 4G may come to AT&T on March 1st. The handset will have support for AT&T’s 4G network as well as a 1 GHz dual-core NVIDIA processor, a 4.0-inch HD display,16 GB of memory expandable to 32 GB, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The Motorola Atrix 4G will run Android 2.2 and include Adobe Flash, allowing users to view Flash-based websites and play Flash-based games. The handset will also have mobile hotspot capability, which will allow users to connect up to 5 Wi-Fi enabled devices to the handset's mobile internet. The handset will require a data plan, which AT&T currently offers for $15/mo for 200MB or $25/mo for 2GB. If you  to go over the 200 MB plan you will automatically get charged an extra $15 dollars for another 200MB.
