The Motorola XOOM tablet, which was the first Android tablet on the market with Android 3.0 Honeycomb, is starting to receive the Android 4.0 ICS upgrade. If you want to see whether your device has it ready for installing, check your notifications area in the lower right corner.

The update will be rolling out slowly to all users, most likely over the next couple of weeks. If you don't feel like waiting it out however, you could always try and grab it maually as well by forcing your XOOM tablet to check for any available updates. This can be done by going to Settings->About Tablet->System Updates.
