With the availability of freelancing services such as Elance and oDesk, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to create software without having the ability to program. Elance recently announced that they surpassed $500M of online work – clearly many people are seeing their ideas come to life via third party freelancers. 1. On Shore Or Off Shore?

Determining whether to have the work done within your country or to off shore the work is a major decision.
