Pictured above is a shot obtained by 9to5mac's Mark Gurman, who has gotten a view of the internal Apple development of iTunes 11. The development notes make mention of possible iOS 6 support and iCloud integration improvements as the newest features.

Apple's iTunes has seen its fair share of changes over the last decade. Even moving from the disc image icon to the musical note within, as the world started to get it's media online, and compact disc started to get less and less popular. iTunes 10 was the last major version released, announced alongside the Ping social music network functionality, iOS 4.1 and the Apple TV 1st generation back in September 2010.

Will we see iTunes making it's debut later this year? Most likely. Will it be with the rumored sleek designed iPhone 5? We'll have to wait and see.

As iTunes is the main support center for anything iOS related, including an online store for books, movies, TV Shows, Music and Apps. Maybe Apple should consider changing the name "iTunes" to "iCenter". Clearly, music isn't the only thing iTunes is good for anymore.
