Being on Twitter is one of the 12 Trends of The 21st Century; but other social networking sites do the same - if not better – even allowing longer status updates; speaking of which, could this be the reason Obama and his team decided on the “-BO” Presidential Twitter signing? If so, here is a Branding note on mindshare for the White House. I know B and O are indeed the President’s initials, yet I would have, perhaps, chosen a more creative “B-OB” - seeing that “O” is certainly for “Oprah” and “B” for “Bieber” or “Beyoncé” – But “BO” reminds me of Bo’ Selecta, among other things [Smile].
