RIM Try To Reinvent Itself With Its New Playbook 2.0 OS?

We've heard the report about the upgrades being done on the Blackberry Playbook 2.0 OS, but Blackberry fans have no idea on what to expect on this latest updates and details are what's important to consumers, including RIM patrons.

The following hot goodies and cool features will be included in the new Playbook 2.0 OS updates:

 

READING VIEW

Reading view on the new Playbook OS 2.0 browser allows you to skip those pesky ads while you're online. Simplified to a featured image and text,  loading interesting news is faster and reading it is better.

 

NEW APPS AND BETTER BROWSING

RIM established a system where developers can repackage their apps for the Playbook. Angry Birds is already on the Playbook with a couple more Android apps to be added soon.

 

PRINT TO GO

Blackberry's Print To Go app lets users view, sort and manage digital printouts like physical sheets of paper. "Printing" is done from the PC directly to the Playbook via Wi-Fi.

 

IMPROVED MOBILE PRODUCTIVITY

Features that were only availale for the Paid Documents To Go app are now being offered in the free version as well. There's also others "To Go" app  to make your busy and hectic lives easier.

 

PRESENTATION DEMO CAPABILITY

Presentation demo can now be controlled by Playbook in partnership with RIM smartphone.

 

PLAYBOOK AS A PRESENTATION REMOTE

You can also now use your Blackberry smartphone as a remote presentation on the Playbook  connected to an HDTV via HDMI cable. Opt to use the volume keys to switch from one slide to the next or use the virtual buttons on the Bold 9900.

 

BETTER USE OF BB SMARTPHONE AND PLAYBOOK TOGETHER

Blackberry Bridge v2.0 lets the user control the Playbook through their Blackberry smartphone. Use it as a remote control during presentations or to input text on the tablet with the phone's QWERTY keyboard. Think Bluetooth, but way better.

 

CALENDAR

The calendar app lets users create, view and modify events.
