Mobile World Congress (MWC) starts today in Barcelona, Spain. For the next four days the mobile tech industry will showcase their newest and innovative products for the world to see.

The following are possibly notable tech highlights that consumers will be expected to witness in the biggest all-mobile event of the year.

Qualcomm will unveil S4 processors turning a tablet or smartphone into a high-end digicam.

Ericsson will flash their wallet, Wi-Fi and billing bizes technology.

Asian tech manufacturers' Huawei, LG and ZTE will be well represented in the MWC 2012 event.

ZTE will unveil Long-Term Evolution (LTE), Windows Phone and multicore Android devices.

LG Electronics will unveil their new LG L-series smartphones with new styling, screen layout and super slim profiles.

Huawei will unveil a 10-inch MediaPad Tablet Ascend P1 S with Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) and TI 1.5GHz.

Fujiitsu will unveil a quad-core waterproof phone with a 13.1-megapixel camera.

Nokia will unveil their new lineups of smartphones such as Lumia 610, etc.

HTC's One X with Tegra 3 quad-core and One S will debut at MWC 2012.

Mozilla's Boot to Gecko, a mobile OS for Web apps, is set to debut at MWC 2012.

Samsung will launch their new Tablet Galaxy Note 10.1.
