Panda Security Launches Cloud Office Security Beta with Contest

Panda Security, founded in 1990, is the first cloud-based IT security company with a unique spin on efficient enforcement of security for its subscribers and users which it calls its Collective Intelligence technology. Panda's Collective Intelligence technology was created to identify, isolate, and communicate all malware when it is discovered, and before it reaches the network, delivering real-world, real-time protection around the clock. PCOP also automatically analyzes, classifies and protects against thousands of new internet threats to all endpoint devices, whether or not they're connected to their corporate network.
The release of Panda Cloud Office Protection (PCOP) 6.0, includes cloud-based device control technologies, and improved protection against new and unknown threats, all from a centralized management control center its identified users and subscribers can access from the internet, anytime from anywhere. These controls allow organizations to improve productivity by enforcing policies which deny or grant total access on multiple device types through the PCOP web-based control panel. This single sign-on management control console allows small businesses to focus on daily operations without the burden of redundant distribution.
Panda's website praises its innovative technology, and customer-defined management accessibility, "Panda's consistent application of security policies across all users and devices, regardless of where those users are working, enables businesses to define what information can be sent out of the network and by whom," allowing customers to set policies on the fly.
The PCOP 6.0 Beta launch gives new users an opportunity to speak their minds, and Panda will reward the 10 best improvement suggestions with a $200 Amazon.com gift certificate. The winners will be selected by a Panda Security jury, and will be based on quality and quantity of feedback received during the promotion period described on the website.
The free beta software can be downloaded at http://www.pandasecurity.com/promotions/betatest/pcop and, with the free download, Panda has announced that the first 200 new customers to install the beta on at least two PCs will receive 6 months use free of charge in the final release version (up to 250 licenses).
Be safe, be secure, and be innovative, maybe you'll be a winner!
