Acer Iconia Tab A200 Launches January 15th
Acer just put out a press release showing that the Acer Iconia Tab A200 will be available to purchase on January 15th for the low price of $330. I say 'low price' because this is a 10inch Tegra 2 dual-core Android tablet where the competition starts around $399, mostly. The Acer Iconia Tab A200 also has a full USB port, something many other tablets, if not almost all of them, do not have. It will come in 8 GB and 16GB models, the 16GB model costing $350.
The Acer Iconia Tab will be getting the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update in February as well, as stated in the full Presser below, but will first come installed with Android 3.2 Honeycomb. Not a bad little price for a soon to be ICS full sized Android tablet. Who needs more than 16GB internal storage when you have a full USB port to add more? Exactly.
