Just as planned, Acer let the Iconia Tab A700 out of the bag at CES 2012 in very early fashion. The Iconia Tab A 700 will be the first Tegra 3 Android 4.0 ICS tablet Acer launches, and will go head to head with the ASUS Transformer Prime for specs. It has an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core 1.3GHz processor, 1080p video with a 1920x x1080 resolution touchscreen display. Also under the hood is a 5 megapixel rear camera with an "HD-compatible" front facing camera, MicroSD, and HDMI port.

The Acer Iconia tab is 9.8mm thick and also has the Acer Ring installed, which is a custom Acer Launcher designed to give you shortcuts to your favorite apps on the home screen, along with recent docs and such for fast switching. ave a look at the photos taken below by The Verge at CES 2012 in Las Vegas on for the next 4 days.
