Nokia launches 41MP Super-Camera Smart phone '808 Pureview' in New Delhi

World's leading Finnish mobile handset developer company Nokia launched it's brand new super camera smartphone in India. The Super-Camera smartphone has a stunning 41 Mega Pixels camera sensor . The camera also features Carl Zeiss optics, auto-focus and Xenon flash technology.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Nokia India's director and head of Smart phones Mr. Vipul Malhotra said that Nokia has recently tie-up with Dolby Sound Laboratories. 808 PureView uses 5.1 Dolby surround sound which will double the multimedia experience for the users.
Mr. Malhotra also said that Nokia PureView is not just about capturing pictures, there are many other interesting features in the smartphone for the Users. Further he also said that Nokia will use the PureView technology in it's upcoming smartphones.
The 4 inch wide Nokia 800 PureView smartphone is powered by 1.3Ghz ARM 11 single core microprocessor. The phone runs on Nokia Belle Symbian mobile operating system. The phone has RAM of 512 MB, Internal memory of 16GB and expandable memory upto 32 GB. The phone weights about 169 grams. The other features include Bluetooth v3.0, FM transmitter, Wi-Fi, USB on the go support, etc.
The phone will be available at Rs.33,899 INR(610 USD). Users can choice between Black, White and Red color. The phone is cheap than Samsung S3 which costs Rs.43,180 INR and HTC One which costs Rs.42,999 INR. These two phones are already Super-hit in Indian market. PureView's 41MP Camera will also challenge Nikon and Sony's Digital Cameras.
Earlier the smartphone was first revealed on 27 February 2012 at the Mobile World Congress where it won the award for "Best New Mobile Handset, Device or Tablet."
