Toshiba Thrive 7inch Android Tablet Launches in Canada
In a world of Android tablets flooding store shelves, Toshiba has decided to launch another. It's essentially the same as the Toshiba Thrive 10.1 inch Android tablet, but smaller. It's the Thrive in 7 inch form, following the likes of its' competition in Samsung and Acer. The 7 inch Thrive has the same NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor found in many other tablets, but has a couple of nice features some others don't have.
The new Thrive model sports 1280 x 800 screen resolution in that 7 inch touchscreen, runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb, has 1GB RAM, 1GHz dual-core processor, 16GB internal storage, and a MicroSD slot for expanding the storage further. The Thrive 7 inch comes in black, and is available at Future Shop either online or in store now for $369.99. Not a bad price for a 16GB tablet.
