Kanye West's interview with Matt Lauer on NBC's Today Show aired this morning, explaining some of West's outraged tweets from yesterday's feed. During the interview, West felt unfairly manipulated by Lauer into offering an apology to George W. Bush for calling him a racist and chastised the host for playing clips over West's responses to questions.

Of course, Lauer explained after the interview that it's common practice to play clips while guests are speaking, not that that doesn't make it any less obnoxious and rude. I'm with Team Kanye on this one. Also, it certainly doesn't help that during the last half of the interview they spell the dude's name wrong in the lower third. Because, you know, that's the best way to show respect to the folks you bring on your show.

So, if you're interested in honest news coverage with real integrity, you probably shouldn't be watching the Today Show. Also, Kanye West is still sort of a little bit crazy.
