The new video by Michael Graham for Juliette Commagere's "The Nature of Things" is striking in its simplicity. It's a bold creative statement to define the career of an emerging musician. Avoiding the easy viral route, Graham and Commagere opted for a beautiful, unique video.

Peeking out from behind a Swarovski crystal mask, Commagere performs in a long, single take close-up. The light, cast from a single candle, flickers across the glass. The camera drifts in and out of focus, creating gorgeous abstractions of the shimmering crystals.

It's not a high concept video and there aren't a lot of fancy visuals to distract you. It may not generate viral buzz for Commagere's debut, Queens Die Proudly, but it certainly makes an artistic statement.
