NYC Children's Chorus Sings Silent Night on SNL in Memory of Lives Lost in Newtown
Even for the weekly comedy skit show Saturday Night Live, which has stepped into many a tragic event with a light-hearted flair, the events in Newtown, Connecticut were to be left alone, with the exception of one poignant presentation for the audience.
Last night, New York City Children's Chorus were invited to be a part of SNL's live broadcast, opening with a moving, beautiful a cappella version of "Silent Night".
