Petraeus, Broadwell Affair Makes it to SNL's Weekend Update
That was fast. Just a day after General David Petraeus had resigned as CIA Director over a extramarital affair, allegedly with his biographer Paula Broadwell, comedy variety show Saturday Night Live was ready to jump into the mess.
Although it's not a full on skit, comedian Seth Meyers injected a little news-based humor, in an attempt to remind us that there's a funny side to any tantalizing bit of news.
Perhaps now that SNL has had its bite on this one, the rest of us will begin to finally move on from this train wreck.
