The Money Tree
Amy Krouse Rosenthal attached $100 in dollar bills to a tree in Chicago and sat back to observe how people on the street reacted. Surprisingly, not too many people stopped to take a dollar from the tree. What are we supposed to learn from this? That people aren't greedy? Hell no. Most people were just too busy talking on their cell phones to notice a tree full of money. Jesus. What's happened to us?
