The Power of Fire and Ice
Nature is a powerful force. In the Northeast, piles of snow are turning into mountains and itisn't getting warmer any time soon. It's this time of the year time when residents start to think about the transition from biting cold to sweltering heat. This transition, of course, happens in other parts of the world. One of those spots is Iceland, where of course, the change is a bit more dramatic. Take this video for example. Shot during the winter of 2010, the video shows the stunning landscape of Iceland. Beaches and lakes are frozen, but there's an eruption of the earth that spits out lava, smoke, ash and fire. The video was shot with the Canon 7D and 5D MarkII using Canon and Carl Zeiss lenses, according to the notes.
